The last chapter is dedicated to summer, through an itinerary organized in the most important period of the year in Japan, the Obon festivals.
A pilgrimage between stunning fireworks displays and festivals, traditional dances, naturalistic excursions and exotic destinations such as the Okinawa islands, to discover the roots of the Japanese people’s deep relationship with nature.
This concludes a spiritual and physical journey into the country hidden from the eyes and hearts of most of the people.
An end that, in the exact moment when the explosion of celebrations in Japan is at its peak, becomes the beginning of a new life, the one dreamed of and finally conquered.
The books in this series are novel-guides written in the style of travel novels and not photographic guides, as are those of the Lonely Planet or National Geographic.
